10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Discovery tour of Senlis
This circuit allows you to explore 2000 years of architecture and history through the main sites of the City: the park and the remains of the royal castle, where Hugues Capet was elected, Notre-Dame cathedral, an open book in four centuries of Gothic art, the Gallo-Roman wall, the medieval streets, the mansions...

12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Lunch at the Grill des Barbares.

2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Guided tour of "Les Cotignacs des Arènes"
Discover the Gallo-Roman collections of the Museum of Art and Archaeology: remains of a habitat, wall, ex-voto, jewelry... Explore the Gallo-Roman arenas from the 1st century, usually closed to the public, which constitute a unique site in the Hauts de France region, and could hold around 8,000 spectators.

At the entrance, 19 quince trees have been planted for the production of Cotignacs. Made from quince, this confectionery has been famous since antiquity. Cotignac already embellished the feasts of the Middle Ages and was very popular during the Renaissance, moreover François 1er loved it. Learn all the secrets and taste this specialty brought up to date by Yvon Berthelot, artisan pastry chef.

Supplement of €1.80 per person for English, German, Spanish and Italian languages.

- Visits possible every day except Monday and Tuesday.
- Beyond 35 people a second guide-lecturer will be requested.
- Restaurant capacity: 100 seats maximum. Menu at 37€ on Sunday. Choose a common menu for all participants. Firm and definitive choice 72 hours before your arrival. Subject to availability. Other possible restaurants.
