The holidays are also a great opportunity to find out more about the riches of the Chantilly-Senlis destination with our guided tours!

At the Château de Chantilly

Guided tour - Maison de Sylvie -
Monday to Friday at 11am (except Tuesday and Thursday 11 April)

Bordered by a pond fed by a gushing spring, Sylvie's house is an idyllic shady spot, which was also noticed by King Henry IV during his visits to Chantilly. Yet it is little known to the general public. The Château invites you on an exceptional tour of this building, which is home to a remarkable history and works of art.

From age 7 - Length of visit: 1 hour - Meet at the foot of the equestrian statue in front of the castle
Price: €7 in addition to 1-day ticket

Guided tour - forgotten masterpieces - Monday to Friday at 3pm

The Musée Condé's collection of paintings is famous the world over!

However, there are some works that are less talked about but also deserve special attention. Do you know the Annunciation by Francesco Francia or the Saint Joseph and the Child Jesus by Murillo? The Château de Chantilly invites you on an exceptional guided tour of its forgotten gems! An enriching opportunity to discover little-known treasures to share with the whole family.

From age 7 - Length of visit: 1 hour
Meet in the main hall of the château
Price: €7 in addition to 1-day ticket

At the Lace Museum

In a play of transparency, passageways, light and shadow, it embraces the visitor and offers a poetic journey into the heart of threads and meshes, as if into a third dimension...

Guided tour of the temporary exhibition "Vivre et rêver la dentelle, Annie Bascoul" - Sunday 28 April at 3pm

A visual artist inspired by plants, decorative arts, fine art and fashion, Annie Bascoul crossed paths with lace in 2010. Stitches, threads and crossings have surreptitiously invaded her sculptures and installations.

With works in which traditional skills meet new technologies, volumes and materials, the artist offers us an updated vision of lace. Excessively enlarged, combined with 3D printing or welded steel in monumental, aerial compositions, Annie Bascoul's lace floods the space.

/// Duration: 1h30 - €8 per person (museum admission + tour), free for under-18s.
