Take your family on an investigation through the ruins, the chapel and the rose garden, before touring the château and discovering the wonders of Nélie Jacquemart-André's collection. Young adventurers will leave Chaalis with sweets!

A ghost wanders in search of eternal rest.... In this new season of Le Fantôme de Chaalis, riddles, potions, magic formulas and sweets await you in a fun adventure for all the family.

Fear of the park returns to Parc Astérix!

The more the merrier! With friends or family, there's something for every fear in our three dedicated zones: Small scares, moderate scares and big scares. And if you're feeling up to it, there's a whole host of thrilling activities waiting for you, including new shows, mysterious encounters, metamorphosis attractions and the pumpkin on the boar: the unmissable haunted houses!

For the more courageous, there are evening visits until 1am - To guarantee the quality of your visit during the day, a pre-booking system has been set up. Please consult the website before your visit.

Halloween Nights
Have you ever imagined exploring the castle in the dark? Visitors can discover the mysteries and legends of the castle on a guided tour by torchlight. A unique tour route has been devised through the castle's most beautiful rooms, in the chiaroscuro. All you need is a torch to light your way. A few surprises await you... A unique experience not recommended for the faint-hearted! 

Unusual visit - The secrets of the Château de Chantilly
What is the origin of the legend of the Lady in White? How was Raphael's Madonna of Loreto rediscovered? This autumn, the Château de Chantilly is offering original guided tours designed for all the family. The château and its painting collections can be discovered from a different angle through the presentation of unusual objects and thrilling anecdotes. A new perspective on the history and extraordinary collections of the Château de Chantilly. 

Autumn flavour whipped cream workshop
Food lovers beware! Have you always wanted to learn how to whip up the legendary Chantilly cream? The Confrérie des Chevaliers Fouetteurs is here to promote this historic and culinary heritage. Their aim: to teach you how to whip up real Chantilly cream by hand!

You'll go home with a pot of autumn-flavoured Chantilly cream (recipes vary according to the day): cabbage with chestnut cream and rum Chantilly cream, bitter chocolate Chantilly cream, etc.

AT THE MANSE PAVILION

The witch's treasure hunt
The Pavillon de Manse invites you to take part in a magical treasure hunt with Marion, a slightly absent-minded witch, during the All Saints' Day holidays. Her potion recipe is locked in a chest, but she's forgotten the code! Children and parents will have to join forces to solve the riddles and challenges. Will you be able to help Marion? Team up, use your observation and thinking skills, and plunge into a spellbinding adventure to find the code.

Discovery tour and ghost hunt
Discover the water-raising machine that supplied water to the magnificent fountains in the gardens of the Château de Chantilly in the 17th century. Marvel at the spectacle of 19th-century machinery: gears, pumps and turbines set in motion before your very eyes thanks to the power of water alone! Finally, discover the mechanised laundry where the Château's linen was once kept. This tour will captivate adults and children alike. 
Ghost hunting (optional): A mischievous ghost is haunting the Salle Condé. Marion, the Pavilion's witch, needs your help to find him. But hurry, the machine is in danger!

  • Halloween Party in Senlis
    On Tuesday 31 October from 5pm, the Senlis Traders' Association will be handing out sweets to children dressed up in participating shops. Soup bar, bloody cocktails and fancy dress competition!
  • Fear at Aqualis in Gouvieux
