European Museum Night in Senlis

At the Musée d'Art et d'Archéologie, the municipal music conservatory opens the festivities with a concert at 6pm. From 7pm, the fencing club will be descending into the basement to show you how fencing is practised in the midst of the archaeological collections. Then, from 8pm, head down to the museum in your sportswear and have your portrait taken by a professional photographer! You can then pick up a free print of your best pose.

Around the Vénerie museum, you can enjoy a number of sporting demonstrations: the archery company and the equestrian centre will be taking over the château grounds from 6pm to 9pm. The Conservatoire de Musique will also be on hand with singing (7pm) and dancing (7.30pm). From 8.30pm, students from the Lycée Saint-Vincent will be giving you the chills: the forest, the night... it's scary, isn't it?
