Hébert Park is a small municipal park with free access, located in the heart of Nogent-sur-Oise. It is accessed by four streets: Avenue Saint-Exupéry, Avenue Gambetta, Rue Marceau and Allée Charles Baudelaire. (Free parking spaces can be found on these four streets). There are two playgrounds for children, as well as grounds suitable for pétanque and paths for walking (accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs). A small pond and a closed circuit stream are home to many animals: ducks, swans, fish, insects... The park is home to a 16th century ruin listed as a Historic Monument: the "Sarcus facade". This is one of the arcades of the old castle of Sarcus bought to decorate the castle "Hébert" now disappeared. Opposite the facade of the Sarcus is the "Centre d'Affaire du Sarcus" where the restaurant "Séson" is located. At the beginning of September, the event "A Sunday in the countryside" takes place in the park to introduce children to the world of the countryside (games, shows, demonstrations, craftsmen's village...).
