From 31 March to 3 May, the Château de Chantilly is celebrating spring with a programme full of surprises for everyone!

GUIDED TOUR OF SYLVIE'S HOUSE
From 8 April to 3 May, at 11am
Bordered by a pond fed by a gushing spring, Sylvie's house is an idyllic shady spot, noticed by King Henry IV during his visits to Chantilly. It is, however, little known to the general public. The Château
invites you on an exceptional tour of this building, which is usually closed to the public but which is home to a remarkable history and works of art.

A CHOCOLATE DECLARATION
From 27 March to 6 May
To celebrate Easter, chocolate decorations will take over the huge table in the Galerie des Cerfs at the Musée Condé from 27 March, paying tribute to the room's 19th-century decorations. These creations will enhance the historic pieces that adorn the table all year round, and will be on display until 6 May!

WHIPPED CREAM WORKSHOPS
From 6 April to 5 May at 2pm
Food lovers beware! Have you always wanted to learn how to whip up the legendary Chantilly cream? The Confrérie des chevaliers fouetteurs is here to promote this historic and culinary heritage. Come and take part in an exceptional workshop and learn how to whip Chantilly cream by hand.
